3. Completion of a comprehensive home inspection training course and exam offered by AHIT (American Home Inspector Training Institute).
4. Completion Purdue University Wood Destroying Pest training certification course and exam.
5. Members of NAHI (National Association of Home Inspectors) and/or ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors).
6. Members of the Columbus Board of Realtors.
7. Completion the NEHA-NRPP (National Environmental Health Association – National Radon Proficiency Program) course and exam.
8. State of Ohio licensed Radon Tester.
9. State of Ohio licensed Wood Destroying Insect Inspector.
10. Flexible Scheduling – We do inspections seven days a week.
11. We offer computer generated reports which include pictures with every inspection.
12. CDE is fully insured with both general and professional liability insurance.
